In the last decade, the most popular foreign language is English. It used for communication between people who do not share the same first language. English is really important for our life, especially for development of knowledge, science, culture, and relationship among countries. Many people realize that taking English course is important, however the problem is they do not have time to go to the course because of many things, such as the course is offline class than it is far away from their home or they do not have many free time to take an English course because they have busy schedule. This study investigates teaching speaking using Zoom meeting at kampunginggrism.com. In conducting research, the researcher uses qualitative research. In this case, a direct analysis of the strategies used by the teachers in teaching speaking online. In this research the researcher used observation sheets and interview recording through Zoom Cloud Meeting to collect data. Based on the research results, the teachers strategies in teaching speaking online, the teachers use techniques that cover the spectrum of learner needs. In addition to get the students’ engagement, the teachers also provide intrinsically motivating techniques and encourage the use of autentique language in meaningful contexts. To summarize the online teaching, the teachers provide feedback and correction. Capitalizing on the natural link between speaking and listening is the other method in improving the class. Giving the students opportunity is the other technique to create a living class. In the end of the class, the teachers always encourage the studentsto developthe teaching speaking astheir strategy.
