This research aims to find out the policies created by Margaret Thatcher as a prime minister in The Iron Lady movie. The research find out Margaret Thatcher‟s policies and strategies as prime minister in England for three periods in 1979 until 1990. This research use descriptive qualitative method in analyzing and describing the coal mine closing, controlling labor‟s salary, setting the number of tax payments for all citizens, Falkland war, and liberation of Ireland.in The Iron Lady movie and script of The Iron Lady movie. The researcher is analysis the data first by watching The Iron Lady movie, collecting data the policies such as coal mine closing, controlling labor‟s salary, setting the number of tax payments for all citizens, Falkland war, and liberation of Ireland, second is find the implementation of policies such as coal mine closing, controlling labor‟s salary, setting the number of tax payments for all citizens, Falkland war, and liberation of Ireland., third is describing the data based on movie and script of The Iron Lady movie, last is determining the conclusion.
