The use of technology has developed in the educational world. The students and teachers can utilize or integrate technology in their teaching activities. One way to do it is by applying online learning and this can be done with the assistance of technology. SMAN 1 Ngadiluwih is one of several schools in Kediri regency which is implementing the WFH and WFO systems during covid-19. All of students take lessons from theirs home to prevent the spreading of covid-19. Google From is one of the Learning Management System that is used as a media to do online learning there. The purpose of this study is to know the students’ perception at SMAN 1 Ngadiluwih especially X-MIPA 3 class toward the use of Google Form as a media of English learning during Covid-19. The approach of this research is descriptive qualitative. Data was collected by distributing questionnaire and conducting interview. Questionnaire consist of twenty questions in form of statement was modified from Hendra (2016), Septiana, Bukhari, and Elsaghayer (2014). Then the results of the data were analyzed descriptively to obtain a category that had been conceptualized into five categories in the form of strongly agree, agree, neutral, disagree and strongly disagree with a total sample of 32 respondents who were students of X MIPA 3 class of SMAN 1 Ngadiluwih. Students’ satisfaction is also confirmed through interview data. The percentage of data based on the questionnaires universally we can find out that 32% students’ statement are strongly agree, 73,92% are agree, 65,92% are neutral, 18,88% are disagree and 6,40% strongly disagree. The result both of questionnaire and interview revealed that the majority of the students agree that they have positive perception toward the use of Google Form in English learning process. Students prefer to use Google Form as the media of online English learning process at SMAN 1 Ngadiluwih.
