This thesis is an analysis content of the workbook used by second-semester students of second grade of senior high school in Kediri. The workbook was analyses in this thesis published by Viva Pakarindo. The objective of this research is to describe the quality of this workbook. This study was conducted to answer three questions. They are 1) How does the workbook fulfill the didactic requirement? 2) How does the workbook fulfill the construction requirement? 3)How does the workbook fulfill the technical requirement? The method used in this thesis is the qualitative method. The instrument used in this study is researcher. The data analysis uses requirements of good workbook proposed by Darmojo & Kaligis (1992) there are three requirement which are didactic requirement, construction requirement, and technical requirements. The result shows the total percentage of each requirement. Didactic requirement is 83%, construction requirement is 88%, and the technical requirement is 64%. The percentage average of each chapter is 78%. according to the result, this workbook categorized in good level
