This thesis aims to find out the Steve Jobs‟ toughness and his moments in making the Apple Computer. This research used descriptive qualitative method in analyzing and describing the toughness of Steve Jobs and his moments in making the Apple Computer. The researcher analyzed the data by following some steps, first was collecting the data, second was identifying the data, the third was analyzing the data, the fourth was describing the data, and the last was determining the conclusion. Based on the analysis, the researcher uses the theory of tougness formulated by Horsburgh including Control, Commitment, & Challenge which suit on Steve Jobs‟ toughness. Also, the researcher uses the theory leadership formulated by Donald J, et.al including Knowledge, Skills, Attitude, Creative problem solving, & Strategic planning which also suit on Steve Jobs‟ moments in making the Apple Computer. From the analysis, the results are Steve Jobs‟s toughness and moments in making the Apple Computer in the movie Jobs. By his great personality and the ways he creat the product as well as lead his friends and employees, the company named Apple Computer/Apple Incorporated becomes well-known all around the world.
