Sholeh Afyuddin, M.Pd.I and (2) Dr. Anang Firdaus M.Pd Keynotes: Natural Method, Maharah Kalam This research is based on learning that is always associated with everyday life so that it makes it easier for students to understand learning Arabic. Researchers examined the application of natural methods, especially at the elementary level at the Al-Azhar Pare Kediri Arabic مanguage Course Institute. This study aims to determine the ability to speak Arabic of students who are taught using the natural method. With this method, it can train students to be brave and confident to speak Arabic in front of many people fluently and precisely. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type. Sources of data and data collection in this study were taken from the results of interviews, observations, and documentation involving many parties concerned. So that it can support the validity of research results and can be accounted for. The results of this study indicate that the application of the natural method applied at the Al-Azhar Pare Arabic language course institution is a collaborative method between conventional methods (tradtional methods) and modern methods. As for the modern methods, they include the vlog method, the snake and ladder language game method, the battle method, the majnunah method, the sentence ilqoil method and so on. So that students will not get bored learning with the classical method but also accompanied by modern methods, because as time goes on, the teacher also follows the development of the media or methods used for teaching. As for some of the advantages of the natural method in learning maharah kalam include students can learn Arabic from the basic level, students can learn basic interpersonal communication from an early age, students are easier to get used to speaking Arabic well, students are more enthusiastic about learning Arabic because learning with a method that is very fun and not boring. And the following weaknesses include students having difficulty memorizing vocabulary with little time, students having difficulty applying speaking Arabic according to the correct grammar, lack of concentration in improving students skills and students lack of adaptation to the application of kalam.
