Language cannot be separated from society. Language is a tool that every human being must possess in order to communicate with one another. Language style impacts interactions. People use a language style in communicating depends on some factors; scene, setting, participant, and relationship. Movie can be a role model as example to express the language style used when speaking with one another. This research is aimed to find what types of language style used in Iron Lady movie and the most dominant language style on it based on Martin Joos theory. The research design of this research was qualitative method. The data was collected by watching the movie while ensuring the script then finding out the conversation that contains language style, then classifying the data into the types of language style and analyzing them, and final with finding the dominant language style. Based on the research analysis, the researcher found 60 datum from the conversation in the movie and has been classified into 5 types of language style as the Martin Joos’ theory. The result of this research can be concluded that the most dominant language style is formal style which was found 27 datum with percentage of 45%. The second place is casual style, there are 13 datum out of 60 with percentage of 21,67%. The third place is consultative style, there are 10 datum with percentage of 16,66%. The fourth place is intimate style, there are 9 datum with percentage of 15%. The fifth place is frozen style, there are only 1 datum out of 60 with the percentage of 1,67%.
