Keywords: Community Language Learning (CLL) Method, Maharah Kalam Problems in learning speaking skills in Indonesia are caused by the learning process which is less effective and creative, causing the learning process to become tense. The purpose of this research is to increase the creativity of teachers in conducting enrichment of learning methods, especially in the field of Arabic language studies. This type of research is qualitative by using observation and interviews, starting from data collection, interpretation of the data and the appearance and results. Based on the data used in this study are all seventh grade students who took part in the study Community Language Learning(CLL) in Tsanawiyah school Miftahul Huda Silir. From the results of interviews conducted with students, data on speaking skills in Arabic language subjects using the Community Language Learning method was obtained. Researchers conducted interviews and observations on Arabic learning activities. The application process carried out by researchers in learning speaking skills students using the Community Language Learning (CLL) learning method is good enough for students in carrying out teaching and learning activities, so this method can be used as one of the references in the teachers efforts in learning speaking skills for seventh grade students at Tsanawiyah school Miftahul Huda.
