The aim of this research is to find out the significant difference in using Youtube in teaching pronounciation in procedure text at the first year of MTsN 2 Nganjuk. Youtube is an media that is used to improve the students’ pronounciation. This research was conducted in MTsN 2 Nganjuk. The design of this study is quasi experimental design. The population of this research is the first grade students of MTsN 2 Nganjuk in the second semester. The sample of this research consists of two classes, there are class VII- 3 as experimental group and class VII-2 as control group. The experimental group was taught by using Youtube and the control group was taught by group Disscussion. To collect the data, pre-test and post-test were applied to experimental group and control group. The result of the test was analyzed by using ANCOVA through SPSS 20. After analyzing the data, it was found the significant value (0.214) > α (0.05).It means the ability between the experimental and control groups is almost the same, and the data was homogeneous. In addition, there was also no interaction between the pre-test and the group; the significant value was (0.458) > α (0.05). Then, there is also enough confidence that there is a relationship between the covariate and dependent variable. Then, the result of the calculation is p (0.000) < α (0.05). The significant value p (0.000) is smaller than α (0.05), which means that there is enough evidence to reject the null hypothesis (Ho) and accept the alternative hypothesis (Ha). Based on the explanation above, the conclusion is Youtube is effective to improve students prounciation
