Language is an important tool in the society and this is best captured in Malinowski’s assertion that ‘language is the necessary means of communion. To communicate human needs a language, every area has different language. Then supported language environment where students practice or communicate using English in a wide area is important to influence students speaking practice. Al-Amien modern Islamic boarding school is one of Islamic boarding school that is succesfully manages student are able to speak two interantional languages one of them is English language. Then the successful of Al Amien in teaching English and making them can practice English as language behavior is one of language management model that can applied for other schools or Islamic boarding school. In this study to answer the questions How is the implementation of language management model at Tarbiyatul Muallimien Al-Islamie Students Al Amien Prenduan Sumenep? what is language management models implemented at Tarbiyatul Muallimien Al-Islamie Students Al Amien Prenduan Sumenep? This study was discussed through field research conducted in Al Amien Islamic boarding school Prenduan. That institution was chosen as data setting to get information about Implementation of language management, language management model implemented, The data were collected through interview, observation, and documentation. All of the data were analyzed by using qualitative approach and chose case study as the method. This study shows that the implementation of language management are introducing language regulation, determining language practice based on student insterest, forming language manager, providing language activity. And the model of langage language management are locally managed school and self managed school. Some criterias of language management model implemented at Tarbiyatul Muallimien Al-Islamie Al Amien Islamic boarding schoool are language is determined by school,students can choose the language that should be learned and practiced, language is under control of language manager, English vocabularies and wise word board are attached by language manager around of Islamic boarding school area, applying language policy or language regulation,providing community language
