Literature has existed in human culture for thousands years. It represents the human mind based on social and cultural reality. There are many popular literature works, and on of them is novel. novel is a long work of fiction by representing the problems and conditions of life through the characters in it. As literary work novel has unique characteristic. In the novel, there are many figurative language. The readers have to know depth meaning to learn something from the novels reflection of another persons experience. One of the literary works that has been translated into many languages is the novel. In this research, the researcher analyzed on the translation of figurative language in Woman at Point Zero Novel by Nawal El Sadawi. This research has a purpose 1)To find out the types of figurative language found in novel Woman at Point Zero; And 2) To describe the strategies or procedures applied in translating English figurative language in Woman at Point Zero novel into the Indonesian version. This research is a descriptive qualitative research. The source of the data is English novel with tittle Woman at Point Zero Novel and Indonesian translation novel with tittle "Perempuan di Titik Nol". In this research, the instrument is the researcher who collected and analyzed the data. The researcher collected and analyzed the data by reading intensively. The data also has been identified and classified with figurative language and translation strategy by the researcher. For the final, the researcher elaborate the daya by describing it. From the data the researcher found, the most dominant types are simile with the total used are 105 times, the frequencies of metaphor are 76, the frequencies of personification are 35, the frequencies of synecdoche are 34, and the frequencies of hyperbole are 31. The dominant strategy that the translator used is modulation translation to translate figurative language in novel Woman At Point Zero, with the frequency of modulation used is 196 times
