English is a global language spoken by millions of people throughout the world. According to Fernquest (2012), English is critical in preparation for the ASEAN Economic Community 2015. This means that individuals from ASEAN countries can speak in English. Lauder (2008, p.10) adds that English, as a foreign language, is essential for developing effective communication skills with individuals from various nations, particularly in our globalised world. English is a critical academic topic in which pupils must succeed. In reality, studying English is beneficial for college students since it allows them to keep current on innovations in their fields of study and prepares them for future work. However, language competency does not occur instantly as a result of language instruction and learning, and student performance might vary according to a variety of circumstances. Internal and external factors have the potential to impact English learners success (Yaghoubi & Rasouli, 2015, p. 130). In this study, the researchers used qualitative research methodologies, which are widely used to investigate issues with perceptions or preconceptions. The study included 5 participants who fit the researchers specified requirements, namely parents aged 25 to 50 with children aged 5 to 12, who consistently support and engage in their childrens internal and external English language learning activities. Following the completion of the activity as advised by the informants, the researcher conducted interviews to collect data. Technical terms were defined upon their initial usage. The text adheres to conventional format requirements and uses clear, objective language whilst maintaining grammatical and spelling accuracy. Prior to commencing the interviews, the researcher formulated a series of questions addressing the topics of discussion and documented their observations through writing and/or recording the interviews. The studys researcher limited the emphasis to enable a more precise examination. The investigation concentrated on efficient methods for parents to enhance their childrens English language skills at home and in other settings. The study stresses the value of parents taking a systematic approach to establishing a supportive and advancing English language learning environment in the household. Based on the researchers study, which featured interviews with five participants who provided consent, it is possible to draw a number of conclusions about how parents can motivate and participate in their childrens improvement in English. These include providing intellectual, emotional, and financial support and involvement.
