Educational quotes extend positive messages addressed to everyone in achieving success which can be considered social perspective. In addition, educational quotes consist of verbal and non-verbal element to convey a message in communication. Visual literary as an essential part of social communication encompasses the analysis and interpretation of messages communicated with nonverbal meaning. There are two objectives of study in this research. The present study aimed to find out the orders of signification meaning of educational quotes on quotefancy.com and also to find out the elements are found in the mythology of educational quotes on quotefancy.com. This research is descriptive qualitative research in content analysis. It means that it does not need statistic approach to investigate the data, it also analyzes the data content. The researcher chooses ten educational quotes as the data to analyze. The data were taken from a website namely quotefancy.com. In analyzing the data, the researcher using appropriate theory which proposed by Roland Barthes’s theory in Semiotics to find out the meanings are exist on the educational quotes. By analyzing the data, there are two findings of this study. The first finding shows that there are two orders of signification to investigate the meaning, namely denotative and connotative meaning. The second finding of this research revealed that mythology on educational quotes analyzed on verbal and non-verbal element in each images.
