The goal of teaching English is to interact with students in every class activity. In learning, teachers are free to use media, such as technology-based media, namely YouTube video. Therefore, teachers are advised to be more creative in teaching and often pay attention to students pronunciation and fluency. However, in teaching speaking, several problems often occur. Regarding the problems that occur, researcher had strategy that be quite a big impact on students. One of the strategy used by researcher is discussion. This aims to make it easier for students to understand the material topic that has been determined.
