This research aims to explore students experiences in using the X auto-base account @englishfess_ to learn English vocabulary. The main focus of this research is to identify the challenges faced by students and the motivation they gain in using these accounts to learn English vocabulary. This research was driven by curiosity about the effectiveness of social media as an innovative learning platform and the relevance of previous research that shows X is beneficial in English language learning. Data collection in this research was carried out using descriptive qualitative methods. The main data source comes from in-depth interviews with five fourth-semester students majoring in English at IAIN Kediri who actively use the @englishfess_ account to learn English vocabulary. Apart from that, documentation in the form of menfess from the @englishfess_ account is also used as supporting data. The research results show that the challenges faced by students consist of internal factors such as physiological and psychological conditions, as well as external factors such as the availability of learning resources and social interactions. However, students motivation to use the @englishfess_ account is very high, both intrinsic and extrinsic. Students feel happy and satisfied with the learning process offered by this platform, and receive support and positive feedback from other @englishfess_ account users. This research concludes that using the auto-base account @englishfess_ provides benefits in learning English vocabulary, but several challenges need to be overcome so that the learning process becomes more effective and enjoyable.
