Enhancing speaking skills is one of the English Zone programs at the Quran Village of Hamalatul Quran dormitory. The English Zone was created to facilitate students in speaking English. Based on the problems above, this research aims to find out how speaking skills improve through the English Zone program at the Quran Village dormitory. This research tries to investigate the phenomena that occur in students speaking abilities through a case study research design. The data are collected by utilizing observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. Observations and questionnaires the researcher tried to describe the condition of the dormitory and the students speaking ability. Interviews and documentation are used as supporting factors for the analysis of English Zones to improve speaking skills. The finding revealed that English Zone programme at the Quran Village dormitory has helped students to speak better English. The English Zone program has created an environment where students can practise speaking English other. The English Zone has made a new habit where the programme facilitate the students in applying what they learn in class or forums held at the Quran Village dormitory. Students use English in their daily activities, which helps the programme successes. The programme also helped students overcome their fear of speaking in English. While the programme has many benefits, some students still face challenges, such as anxiety and maintaining English use in all daily situations. Support and training for tutors is also an important solution that can help improve the effectiveness of the programme. Nevertheless, the challenges inherent to the success of the English Zone programme can be discerned from the habits that have facilitated the creation of an English-speaking environment.
