Abstrak
The study is set to investigate and analyze the types of teacher power through teacher talk used in classroom activity at Asmoro Training English Center (ASTER) Kediri. This research used descriptive-qualitative design. The instrument used were recorder tool and field note. The participants of this study were three teachers of Asmoro Training English Center (ASTER) Kediri. The finding of study provides the fact that among three teachers in ASTER already used five types of teacher power in classroom activity namely reward power, coercive power, legitimate power, referent power and expert power. In conclusion, each type of teacher power has different action in implementation.
