I, Developer of ROGA Media "Picture Wheel" to Increase Students Interest in Learning PPKn Subjects for Grade 1 MIN 3 Kediri, Thesis, Elementary Madrasah Teacher Education Study Program, Faculty of Tarbiyah, IAIN Kediri, 2025 Keywords: Learning Media, ROGA "Picture Wheel", Learning Interest PPKn basically contains Pancasila material, and citizenship that underlies national life. There is a problem in class 1, namely students are less interested in learning, therefore the purpose of this study is 1) to determine the development of ROGA media "Picture Wheel" to increase students interest in learning in PPKn subjects in class I MIN 3 Kediri, 2) to determine the feasibility of ROGA media "Picture Wheel" in PPKn subjects in class I MIN 3 Kediri, 3) to determine the effectiveness of ROGA media "Picture Wheel" in PPKn subjects in class 1 MIN 3 Kediri. This study uses the ADDIE model research and development method, this method is used to develop the ROGA "Picture Wheel" media to increase students interest in learning PPKn subjects for grade 1, the five stages of ADDIE are analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The development of ROGA media "Roda Gambar" is motivated by the analysis of the needs or shortcomings of the use of learning media. Especially the lack of interest in PPKn learning. To measure the increase, data collection was used through response questionnaires, interest questionnaires, and test questions. The results of the response questionnaire showed a significant increase after the use of learning media: on a small scale from 76% to 96%, and on a large scale from 75% to 92%. To measure interest in PPKn subjects, the interest questionnaire showed a consistent value of 93% both on a small and large scale. Meanwhile, the test results showed an increase in learning outcomes, namely an average value of 90 on a small scale and 95 on a large scale. From these results, it is concluded that the ROGA learning media "Roda Gambar" is able to meet student needs and is in accordance with student characteristics, so that there is an increase in learning interest before and after using the developed product.
